Job Description:
As a Senior Piping Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately calculating cost estimates for major piping and mechanical scopes during tender and shutdown phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Analyze RFQs, specifications, P&IDs, and isometric drawings to determine Material Take-Offs (MTO) and labor hours.
- Tender Preparation: Estimate required crew capacities (welders, fitters, cranes, rigging) and perform risk analyses.
- Commercial Support: Collaborate with project management on rates, variation orders, and cost-effective erection strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in industrial piping estimation.
- Deep understanding of erection norms and welding specifications.
- Languages: Excellent command of English and Dutch.
