Job Description:
Industrial shutdowns and turnarounds demand precision planning. NLForce is looking for a structured Turnaround Planner/Coordinator to prepare shutdowns from scratch and lead execution on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation: Create detailed Primavera P6 or MS Project schedules for mechanical and piping stops.
- Work Package Management: Assemble complete work packages (spade/blind lists, scaffolding, insulation, rigging plans).
- Site Execution: Track real-time progress on site during the turnaround, monitor critical paths, and report daily to the TA Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial Turnarounds/Shutdowns.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch (German is a plus).
- Strong organizational leadership under pressure.
