Job Description:
NLForce is seeking a certified International Welding Technologist (IWT) / Welding Specialist to provide technical guidance and quality assurance for high-grade piping installations. You will ensure project integrity on complex welding projects in the Oil & Gas and chemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Guidance: Draft, review, and approve WPS/WPQR, qualifications (ISO 15614 / ASME IX), and material certificates (FM1 to FM6, P91, Austenitic).
- On-Site Welding Coordination: Direct and advise certified (ISO 9606) international welders and mechanical fitters on site.
- Client Interface: Coordinate directly with client inspectors and Notified Bodies (NoBos).
Requirements:
- Certified IWT (International Welding Technologist) or IWE (International Welding Engineer).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy process industry, pressure equipment (PED), or offshore sectors.
- Languages: Strong command of English and Dutch. German is a plus.
- Deep technical knowledge of materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, P91, duplex).
