Job Description:
Are you a hands-on leader who makes a difference on the shop floor? To lead our multi-lingual prefabrication and installation crews, we are looking for an experienced Piping & Mechanical Foreman.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crew Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations for international ISO welders, pipefitters, and mechanical fitters.
- On-Site Preparation: Translate isometric drawings and P&IDs into actionable daily plans for site teams.
- Quality Control: Inspect fit-ups, weld preparations, and overall piping progress.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Foreman or Master Pipefitter in industrial piping.
- Strong communication skills: Fluent in English to lead international workers and proficient in Dutch or German to align with site management.
- Valid VCA-VOL certification and in-depth knowledge of ISO measurement systems.
