Job Description:
Safety is NLForce’s top priority. We are seeking a dedicated HSE Supervisor to oversee compliance with all EHS regulations, risk assessments, and work permits on challenging industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Audits: Conduct daily site safety inspections, lead kick-off meetings, and deliver Safety Toolboxes.
- Coordination: Review Last Minute Risk Analyses (LMRA), Task Risk Analyses (TRA), and work permits for high-risk operations (confined spaces, lifting, hot work).
- Culture & Communication: Align plant owner safety requirements with the daily site execution of international crews.
Requirements:
- Certified NEBOSH, MVK (Middle Safety Science), or HVK.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in heavy industry, steel production, or refineries.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Valid VCA-VOL / SCC certification.
